I needed a new roof desperately :). Of course being an avid researcher, I called many companies, researched what type of roof I wanted, determined the ongoing issues I was having. Had a leak that was the unwelcome guest at least once a year with one particular type of rain and wind combinations. Even after my last new roof, this recurred.
I spoke with John at Xpert Xterior. He came out, did some drone pics AND went up on the roof. He was reassuring , answered all my questions. We discussed a chimney issue and a stucco issue that was creating a wet smell in one room. This team scheduled my very rapidly! The price was FANTASTIC and many of my neighbors watched them work. All was perfect! We have had that special rain multiple times this year and NO issues! I never knew how much stress I was carrying about the old roof leaking. I am patting myself for picking this crew. Cleaned up amazingly well. Several neighbors asked for their card. I have learned to love hearing the rain again and not worrying if water will be coming out of the light fixture in the upstairs hallway. These guys won’t disappoint with quality, timeliness and good prices and just downright friendly and nice to work with.
