John was great! He is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. John responded to my initial inquiry promptly, scheduled to provide a free estimate in just a few days and came out when he said he would. I wasn’t able to be present for the estimate but in my absence, he did a TOTAL assessment. I only had a leak at one portion of my roof, but John inspected the roof of my entire home and sent me pictures. After sending the pictures he called and explained everything to me in great detail. He sent me a detailed contract that included a 15-year warranty on the new roof which also included maintenance every 4 years and a 4-year warranty on the portion he repaired! Way better than I expected! We planned for him to come out a few days later to do the job. He was prompt, finished when he said he would (which was the same day) and sent me pictures since I was at work. His price was fair (very reasonable for a new roof with a great warranty) and because he did such a thorough assessment, he noticed issues with my roof that other roofers didn’t. He even offers the option to split the payment over multiple payment methods which I had to do since everything was unexpected. I will certainly be recommending Xpert Xterior to anyone I know in need of a roofer. My only wish was that I didn’t get to thank him in person since I was at work, but he runs his business so well that I didn’t need to be present and was still confident in his work. Thanks again John!
