The person giving the estimate is the person leading the job, which is incredibly important to me. Owner has both construction and roofing expertise so
they were the only one of 5 estimates that came in with a workable SOLUTION to my roofing problem related to an odd size storm door (that they replaced!).
Executed the job flawlessly. Cleaned up and when I saw a few spots, they came back the next AM and took the time to clean every again and rather than complain or appear irritated, they again thanked me for the business and were happy to do what it takes to make me happy.
