I recommend Xpert Xteriors. John was very patient with all my questions and punctual. He just installed 2 new GAF rubber rooves for us. He is lined up to potentially help us with the third roof which is tricky being below a 2nd story deck. We selected John not on price but on the honesty, expertise, and knowledge he possesses. The work was just done but appears to be good. We will use John for our roof maintenance e.g. silver coating in the future.
